Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Edible product types are strictly non-refundable due to food safety regulations.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and replace the item free of charge or send you refund.  We may ask send a photo as a proof of the issues.

Cancelation

We're sorry to advise that in most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to or cancel your order after 1p.m. This includes making changes to delivery addresses. Our warehouse work very quickly to pick and pack your orders and we have multiple mail collections each day, so you benefit from the quick delivery our customers tell us they love. It's likely that by the time you contact us, your order will already have been dispatched.

Late delivery

We will always strive to deliver your order on time. If, your order do not arrive within the time frame you paid for, we will offer a full refund.

Refunds
Refunds are made to the original method of payment used for your order usually within 10 business days of package receipt. Contact us for any refund question at sugartfactory.info@gmail.com.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
